When we encounter consistent patterns of fighting among family members, such as parents and adult children, or between siblings, these combative, harmful, or disconnected behaviors within the family’s relationships may originate from the behavior of some ancestors in the family lineage. In the present, family members continue to exhibit the unresolved issues of one or more ancestors; these behaviors are passed down the family tree unresolved, generation after generation.
But we are not here to repeat mistakes over and over, but rather to learn what we need to change within ourselves to stop repeating the same negative pattern again and again.
Here is an example of a Scalar Heart Connection session for a case in which a group of women in a family have poor relationships with their children and with each other.
The session was done with only one of the sisters. We will call her Magdalena for the sake of this case study. Specifically, Magdalena was entangled in a legal battle with three of her sisters around an inheritance. More than the money, Magdalena wanted to know what was needed in order to improve her relationship with her sisters and mother.
At first glance, the conflict seemed personal—each woman holding tightly to her own sense of “rightness” and fearing the loss of personal power. But as the process unfolded, Magdalena’s heart revealed a deeper truth: the struggle was not simply interpersonal, it was rooted in a collective mental pattern passed down through generations.
Specifically, Magdalena’s heart revealed that this group of women had a negative pattern stemming from an imbalance in the energy of the root chakra. The root chakra is related to the metal element, which is also expressed as money. The root chakra also represents the archetype of father or the patriarchal, as well as our connection to our tribe and our roots.
The negative emotion the group was experiencing around the out of balanced root chakra was greed. The women had a negative emotional pattern around greed that triggered the outward expression of fighting over money and power. This shows that each sister was subconsciously trapped in their own self-justification around their pursuit of money and need for power.
Next, Magdalena’s heart revealed another subconscious mental resonance the group needed to transform. The statement provided by the session was:
“I face life with courage and confidence.”
When this resonance is lacking, we act out of fear or scarcity. Their father had passed away nine years ago, and they have been locked in legal battles ever since. The infighting over money is a compensation for feeling insecure and not trusting they can face life without the patriarchal protection.
The body organ related to the root chakra is the colon, and its positive vibration for maintaining balance is: “I let go of relationships and situations when necessary.”
This showed Magdalena that the struggle among the women of the family is occurring at a mental level. It has to do with each person’s judgement of what is right, the fear of losing personal power, and a perceived battle for survival.
The early experience, Magdalena’s heart revealed, was something on the level of Collective Consciousness. Specifically, Magdalena was shown that the issue was ancestral. Her ancestral feminine line lived in a collective consciousness of a “patriarchal country.” As women, they had no power, voice, or vote. Under patriarchal rules women were expected to be submissive. As a result, they lived incomplete within themselves, settling for material security rather than fulfillment. This cultural conditioning created a legacy of division, judgment, and fear—patterns that continued to echo through the women of Magdalena’s family today.
Magdalena’s heart revealed that what was missing, both in her lineage and in the broader culture, was the resonance of unity and harmony within the community.
Without this sense of connection, the women felt powerless, helpless, and trapped in cycles of low self-esteem. Their worth had been measured by wealth and social status, rather than by their inherent value as individuals. This cultural and family conditioning perpetuated the negative patterns that generated the conflict and division they were experiencing.
The heart suggested that the action needed to break this generational pattern is to take a conscious look at their own lives, to examine their repressed fears and childhood memories, and to re-examine their purpose in life.
At a subconscious level, the group of women in the lineage firmly believed that mistakes are dangerous. We can only imagine if our grandmothers or great-grandmothers had tried to emancipate themselves and live fully within the culture of a male-dominated country. They wouldn’t have had the opportunity to speak out, much less make their own decisions. That has been the belief of millions of women around the world for centuries. In the present, the heart showed that this can be changed if each of us makes the inner mental shift in what we believe and accept. This can be transformed by making a conscious inner shift—choosing to replace negative, divisive thought vibrations with new, positive, and inclusive frequencies.
To help the group of women internalize the new positive vibration of ‘Union in Community’ an affirmation was suggested by Magdalena’s heart:
“I face life with courage and confidence, and I let go of relationships and situations when they no longer serve my best interests.”
To help embed the resonant frequency of this new thought pattern into her body-mind-system, Magdalena listened to the Quantum Healing Code 741, while repeating the affirmation out loud. The code 741 is related to the brow chakra, where we have a common, united vision of what we want for the good of all.
By the end of the session, Magdalena felt a release from the old generational weight. What once appeared as a family conflict now revealed itself as an opportunity for healing—not just for her, but for the lineage of women before her and after her. She recognized that unity, courage, and confidence could replace fear and division, and that she had the power to embody this shift in her own life.
After the session, Magdalena said: “I see now that the struggle wasn’t about who was right or wrong—it was about generations of women carrying beliefs that kept us divided and powerless. My heart showed me that unity and courage are the keys to breaking this cycle. I feel lighter, more confident, and ready to live from a place of connection rather than fear.”
